HOW DOES IT WORK?
STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR PACKAGE AND PAY IT
The 3 packages (the bronze, the silver and the gold) differ mainly on the dedicated time to you. You are absolutely free to reach out to me through e-mail or Whatsapp for any question or doubt you have.
Once you have chosen the package you prefer you can just click on “start now” and you’ll be automatically redirected to the payment. I will receive a notification but send me an e-mail with proof of receipt at draketaylorfitness@gmail.com (just in case).
STEP 2: OK, WE ARE SET TO START!
Here’s how it’s gonna work:
▶ Survey and first videocall: After the payment I will contact you to schedule a first videocall and I will send you a questionnaire to fill out. The answers will allow me to have some questions ready for the videocall. It is likely that I will also want to see your current physical state, so you may be asked for a photo or video (which will obviously remain confidential).
▶ Tailor-made training program and nutritional plan: After carefully studying the information provided, I will create a tailored training program with a demonstration of the exercises. Along with the training program we will also focus on other aspects of your lifestyle that can influence the achievement of your fitness goals, specifically your nutritional habits. You’ll receive a tailored nutritional plan. (please allow 72hours for the completion of your plan so i am able to constuct your plan correctly. It will also allow you to prepare if you need equipment or waiting for clearance from your medical doctor.)
▶ Monitoring: Depending on the package you chose, you will be monitored with regular feedback to assess progress and make any adjustments to the program. For this feedback, photos or video recordings of the exercises may be requested (to ensure they are performed correctly).
Used Platforms: E-mails, Whatsapp, calls and video calls. Please keep in mind I can only speak English and a bit of Italian.
